THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be a key support partner across the day-to-day execution of the Love Ur Curls brand. This role will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to help bring the brand strategy and marketing calendar to life across campaigns, product launches, retail and eCommerce initiatives, partnerships, events, activations, and day-to-day marketing execution.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of marketing. You’ll help turn ideas into action, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and make sure the details are taken care of so projects move forward smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful and comfortable operating with ambiguity. You don’t need every step mapped out before getting started. You’re someone who sees what needs to be done, figures out how to do it, and takes ownership of getting it done.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Social, eCommerce, Sales, PR, and other cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly and everyone rolls up their sleeves.

- You’re highly organized without being rigid, creative without losing sight of execution, and comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on tasks.
- You’re equally comfortable coordinating a product launch, building a campaign tracker, chasing down creative approvals, organizing product shipments, preparing for an influencer event, or jumping in on-site to help execute an activation.
