Warehouse Picker/Packer (Casual Part-Time)

About the Opportunity
LMX Solutions is seeking reliable and motivated Casual Part-Time Warehouse Picker/Packers to support our growing fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for individuals with previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience who are looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and warehouse systems
- Pack and prepare shipments for courier and freight carriers
- Assemble kits and promotional packages according to specifications
- Label, sort, and organize inventory and finished goods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or shipping environment
- Experience with order picking, packing, scanning, or inventory handling
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear
