About The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we're seeking a professional Bilingual Front Desk Professional to welcome guests, coordinate boardroom logistics, and support day-to-day office operations as staff return to in-person work. This 100% on-site role in downtown Ottawa offers a chance to be the first point of contact in a professional, collaborative environment where attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset are highly valued.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing incoming guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Coordinating boardroom bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and ready for scheduled meetings
- Maintaining kitchen areas (general tidying and restocking)
- Ordering and managing office supplies inventory
- Supporting various ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by team members
- Assisting with light facilities-related coordination to support in-office operations
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or client-facing administrative role
- Eligibility for Enhanced Reliability Clearance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a tidy, professional workspace
About the Job
This full-time, temp-to-perm position offers $50,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is 100% on-site in downtown Ottawa.
