Lubrication Engineers of Canada (LEC) is a growing supplier of specialty lubricants and industrial products serving customers across Canada.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our Oakville facility. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations with administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Shipping Operations
- Receive, inspect and put away incoming products.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Coordinate courier and freight shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse.
Inventory Management
- Maintain organized product locations and accurate inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory movements and identify potential shortages or issues.
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process order, shipping and inventory information accurately in company systems.
- Assist with purchase orders, freight coordination and supplier communications.
- Support customer service and order management as required.
- Provide general administrative support across warehouse and business operations.
- Work with other areas of the business to support efficient order, inventory and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics or inventory operations.
- Experience operating a forklift/tow motor and other material-handling equipment.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely lift and handle up to 46 lb (21 kg).
- Strong computer, email and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with courier/shipping software; ERP or inventory systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute effectively to a small team.
- Experience with industrial products, lubricants or related industries is an asset.
Location
This position is based at our Oakville facility and requires regular on-site attendance.
Our location is convenient for candidates commuting from Oakville, Mississauga, Milton, Georgetown, Acton, Puslinch Township and surrounding communities.
