About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive our growth across the GTA. This is a hands-on role combining business development with marketing: your first priority is winning staffing contracts with healthcare facilities, and alongside that you will build our brand by managing our company pages and social media. You will work directly with the leadership team, and your wins will translate directly into the company's growth. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Brampton, Ontario.
What you'll do
- Identify, pursue, and close staffing contracts with hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, group homes, and community centres
- Build relationships with facility administrators, directors of care, and procurement teams through calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking
- Prepare proposals and quotes, respond to RFPs, and complete vendor registrations
- Negotiate service agreements and hand off signed contracts to our operations team for staffing fulfillment
- Manage and grow our company pages and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile), including a regular posting calendar
- Create marketing content and campaigns promoting our facility staffing and home care services
- Track your pipeline and marketing results and report regularly to leadership
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in healthcare staffing, home care, or healthcare services
- Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare landscape (long-term care, retirement living, hospitals) is a strong asset
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
- Hands-on social media management and content creation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A self-starter comfortable owning targets in a small, growing team
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the GTA for client meetings
Compensation
This is a commission-based role - your earnings grow directly with the contracts you bring in, and the commission structure is open to negotiation.
