Tasks
As the
Procurement Manager, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
- Independently manage the procurement process for assigned commodities in accordance with established procurement policies and approval frameworks, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of materials and equipment to support production schedules
- Analyze, interpret, and report cost, supplier, and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and decision-making
- Identify and execute cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives, including supplier consolidation or alternative sourcing opportunities
- Issue purchase orders in accordance with established guidelines and monitor order progress through completion
- Evaluate supplier performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery reliability, pricing accuracy, and responsiveness
- All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and French language desirable
- Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Project Management and/or Business Development
- MS Office skills as expert

- Successful completion of all required pre-employment assessments or screenings
