Position Summary
Lux is looking for an experienced Journeyman or Red Seal Glazier to take a lead role in the field installation, technical implementation, and ongoing support of our new ReGen window and door product line.
This is a field-first, hands on leadership position working on luxury custom homes, multi-family developments, and high performance architectural projects. You’ll work directly with builders, site supers, clients, and other trades to ensure every project is properly prepared, installed, and delivered to Lux’s standards.
You’ll take ownership of the installation process from pre-installation site checks and coordination through installation, troubleshooting, and final handoff. As ReGen grows, you’ll also play an important role in building the systems behind the product including installation standards, best practices, service procedures, training materials, and technical documentation.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments and confirm site readiness
- Review drawings, specifications, details, and installation requirements
- Coordinate installation sequencing with builders, site supers, and other trades
- Meet with clients, builders, and project teams to review installation requirements and resolve field issues
- Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges before and during installation
- Ensure installations meet Lux quality standards, applicable building codes, and performance requirements
- Develop and improve installation procedures, standards, and best practices for ReGen
- Help create service manuals, troubleshooting procedures, and technical support documentation
- Support training and knowledge transfer for installers, apprentices, and internal teams
- Mentor junior installers and apprentices in proper installation techniques and quality expectations
- Provide field feedback to help improve the ReGen product and installation process
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Represent Lux professionally when working with clients, builders, architects, and trade partners
What You Bring
- Red Seal or Journeyman – required
- 5–10+ years of field installation experience
- Strong experience with aluminum window and door systems, commercial and/or multi-family projects and high-performance building envelopes
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Confidence working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence on-site
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
