M. V. SHORE ASSOCIATES (1993) LIMITED was incorporated in 1993 in succession to M. V. Shore Associates Limited, which was incorporated in 1964 by Mr. M. Victor Shore, to provide mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services to the building industry.

The company is an acknowledged leader in the field of high rise residential building design, with expertise in long-term care buildings, commercial buildings, high-rise and low-rise office buildings, and municipal buildings. In recent years , the company has actively involved in sustainable building design and collaborated in the successful certification for LEED Gold of a number of high-rise residential buildings.

The three principal of the company have a combined experience base of some 110 years, supported by 18 design staff of professional engineers and certified engineering technologists.
