Fiber Splicing Technician
Must have 3 to 5 years experience in inside-plant/data-center fiber splicing.
Responsibilities:
- Review the approved fiber design, splice plan, Work Request, MOP, fiber schedule,
enclosure requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare route and splice fiber using approved methods and equipment.
- Complete fusion or mechanical splices using the method specified by customer.
- Perform required acceptance testing.
