Responsibilities
Design user-centered digital experiences for complex solutions, translating business goals and user research into accessible, effective interfaces and navigation. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders to prioritize change requests, resolve design issues, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Requires significant experience designing online user experiences and applying usability, accessibility, information architecture, and responsive design principles; Scrum Master experience is preferred. Candidates should be proficient with design, collaboration, and backlog tools, and demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
