gathering and analyzing business requirements and identifying
opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Ability
to assess data quality, data flows, reporting needs, and recommend and
define new reporting/dashboard requirements
- Strong
communication skills and confidence leading discussions, asking probing
questions, and translating business needs into actionable insights
