Responsibilities
The Tech Lead will act as a primary technical reference for the Guidewire platform, overseeing development and application architecture. They are responsible for mentoring the team and ensuring the successful modernization of the property and casualty insurance program.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 8 years of software development experience, including 6 years on the Guidewire platform and 3 years in a leadership role. A Guidewire ACE certification and proficiency in Gosu and Java are mandatory requirements.
