Responsibilities
Translate technical specifications into working, tested CRM applications by developing and configuring software, integrating systems, and conducting unit and other testing. Troubleshoot technical issues and support application maintenance, reporting, documentation, and post-implementation needs.
Requirements
Requires Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience, at least five years of Siebel technical configuration, development, or integration experience, and at least three years developing and testing Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, or related technologies. Candidates should have experience with Siebel IP18 or later, Siebel Tools, Web Templates, Open UI, and reporting technologies, along with strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
