WE’RE HIRING! Join the Madrona team as a Physiotherapist or Chiropractor
Are you a physiotherapist or chiropractor looking to build a thriving practice within a collaborative, community-minded health care team? We’d love to hear from you!
Madrona Integrative Health is growing, and we’re looking for practitioners to join us at our Salt Spring Island and Crofton, BC locations.
We believe health care is at its best when practitioners work together and people feel genuinely supported. Our interdisciplinary team brings together a range of health care perspectives to provide thoughtful, patient-centred and inclusive care.
What makes Madrona a great place to practice?
• Build your practice: Strong local demand for physical medicine services, with opportunities to grow your patient base.
• Focus on patient care: Our stellar care coordination team supports scheduling, billing and the day-to-day administration of your practice.
• Collaborate and learn: Work alongside a diverse team of experienced practitioners, with opportunities for mentorship, referrals and professional development.
• Get the support you need to grow: We offer marketing support, community outreach and practice-building guidance.
• Find your community: Enjoy the natural beauty, small-town connection and outdoor lifestyle of Salt Spring Island or the Cowichan Valley.
We’re looking for practitioners who are passionate about high-quality care, value collaboration, and want to build meaningful relationships with their patients and community. A commitment to inclusive, empowering and trauma-informed care is especially valued.
Both opportunities offer a part-time start with the potential to grow to full-time.
