Magic White Inc. is one of Canada's longest-established independently owned commercial warewashing companies. With decades of experience serving the foodservice, hospitality and healthcare industries, we continue to grow and are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our expanding team.
Your Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair commercial dishwashers and glass washers.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and operational problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure reliable operation for our customers.
- Assist customers with proper equipment operation and detergent dispensing systems.
- Complete service reports and maintain professional customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment, dishwashers, appliances or similar machinery is an asset.
- A valid driver's licence and a good driving record.
