As a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at our Bayshore store, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Acting as a leader on the sales floor, you will help motivate the team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure a luxury shopping experience for every client. Key Holders are responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash and inventory procedures, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Support the achievement of sales and performance goals
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
- Ensure store presentation standards are maintained
- Support inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention initiatives
