Job Description
Performs reception duties by receiving calls, determining the nature of business and directing accordingly.
OS&D duties by identifying over, short and astray freight and trying to rectify the problem.
Tracing of freight which includes looking for missing freight, looking up POD’s and B/L’s, finding out when a shipment was delivered.
Adjust errors and complaints where applicable.
Prepare and verify P&D Driver payroll and time cards.
Assist with related projects as required.

Computer skills - LTL 400.
Effective Communication sills - both verbal and written.
