Travel Requirements
This role is a combination of office-based (75%) and field-based (25%) work and requires travel primarily within Ontario, including occasional overnight stays.
- Travel within the Niagara Region approximately twice per week
- Occasional travel to Toronto and Leamington, ON
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Working directly with customers, you will help solve complex operational challenges, uncover energy-saving opportunities, and support projects that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and become their go-to energy efficiency advisor.
- Analyze facility operations and identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve performance.
- Develop technical analyses and energy-saving calculations to support business cases and investment decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple customer projects and priorities while achieving program objectives.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members to deliver successful outcomes.
- Continuously identify new opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of energy efficiency projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred).
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for membership with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
- Energy Management certification (such as Certified Energy Manager) is considered an asset.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, continuous improvement, technical consulting, or a related industrial environment.
