We're partnering with a global leader in automotive safety systems to recruit a Process Engineer for their Collingwood, ON facility.

What You'll Be Working On
- Leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the operation
- Analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and throughput
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs that drive operational effectiveness and business results
- Partnering with associates and leadership teams to build KPI ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindsets
- Conducting root cause investigations and implementing sustainable corrective actions
- Evaluating equipment, materials, workflows, and manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve performance
- Collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to support operational objectives
- Designing and delivering training programs that strengthen employee capabilities and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitoring project performance, measuring results, and communicating progress and key metrics to leadership
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Demonstrated success leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and process improvement initiatives
✔ Experience developing, implementing, and measuring operational KPIs
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
✔ Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, train, and influence stakeholders at all levels
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔ Professional proficiency in English
✔ Spanish language skills considered an asset
✔ Willingness to travel as required
