Exciting opportunities are now open for Production Assembly Technicians to join a leading-edge Medical Device manufacturing team. These roles are critical to the production of high-quality medical technology and offer a chance to work in a precision-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small, high-precision medical devices following detailed work instructions
- Perform fine hand soldering under a microscope
- Bond or glue small components with precision
- Work with microscope and camera-assisted systems for fine-part assembly
- Inspect and test assemblies to meet strict quality and performance standards
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Prepare finished devices for shipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations
- Adhere to ISO 13485 quality and regulatory standards
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Who This Role Is Ideal For

Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred (Biotechnology, medical, electronics, or related field)
- 6–12 months minimum hands-on experience in:
- Medical device assembly
- Electronics or micro-assembly
- Jewelry or other fine-detail work
- Experience with hand soldering and use of microscopes preferred
- Comfortable working with very small, delicate components
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently
- Understanding of manufacturing in regulated environments (ISO 13485)
