Role Description: We are building a talent pipeline for upcoming Solution Architect opportunities supporting our client. This Onsite role will be based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions that support complex business and operational initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and enterprise architects to define solution strategies, create architecture designs, and guide implementation across a diverse technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and robust end-to-end solutions.
- Consulting and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Background in Software Development and systems Integration, including working with modern application frameworks and APIs.
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to ensure technology solutions effectively support organizational workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), data-driven solutions, and cybersecurity best practices is an asset.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in one or more of Mariner’s key sectors (healthcare, utilities, telecommunications, finance, education, government) is beneficial.
