Responsibilities
Lead an integrated plan across six transformation pillars, coordinating workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and exit criteria. Establish governance and accountability, manage stakeholders and vendors, drive organizational change and adoption, and escalate risks with options and recommendations.
Requirements
Requires proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or shared-services transformation programs, along with strong planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills. Database Operations experience is preferred but not required; PMP/PgMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
