Role Description The Registered Massage Therapist will provide high-quality, client-centered massage treatments, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough client consultations, delivering safe and effective therapeutic massage sessions, and documenting treatment notes in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques and Body Massage for a range of client needs and conditions.
- Experience or training in Shiatsu and related modalities, or a willingness to learn and integrate these techniques.
- Ability to support clients with Stress Management strategies and wellness-focused guidance.
- Active registration and good standing with the relevant provincial regulatory body for massage therapy.
- Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program and valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail in charting, and commitment to safe, ethical practice.
