We are looking for a dedicated and community-driven Regional Partner to help us expand our impact and bring our adult-focused social initiatives to new regions.

About the Role: As a Regional Partner, you will be the driving force behind MBL’s presence in your local territory. You will spearhead regional growth by establishing local networks, organizing inclusive adult meetups, and ensuring our matchmaking and social connection services reach the individuals who need them most. You will work closely with our corporate and integration teams to deliver measurable, community-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy & Growth: Lead the expansion of MBL’s social connection and matchmaking programs within your designated territory.
- Community Cultivation: Plan, coordinate, and oversee local meetups and social events that prioritize neuro-inclusive environments.
- Partnership Development: Identify and secure collaborations with local businesses, venues, and community organizations to host accessible MBL events.
- Program Advocacy: Serve as the regional ambassador for MBL, representing our core values in local outreach and public communications.
- Feedback & Integration: Gather insights from regional members to continually improve our adult friendship and dating frameworks, reporting directly to the core integration team.

- You have lived experience: You are neurodivergent yourself, the partner of someone who is neurodivergent, a parent to a neurodivergent adult, or an ally with deeply rooted personal experience in this space.
- You are an empathetic connector: You naturally build trust and know how to foster safe, welcoming environments where adults feel comfortable socializing, dating, and being their authentic selves.
- You are a local networker: You know your community well and aren't afraid to step out and forge partnerships with local venues and businesses to host accessible events.
- You are entrepreneurial: You thrive when given the autonomy to build something from the ground up, balancing a passion for advocacy with the organizational skills needed to grow a regional footprint.
