You oversee the physical execution of work, from build strategy and fabrication through warehousing, logistics, and installation.
Working closely with Design and Project Management, you translate creative intent into practical, buildable solutions. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard of quality and safety across the shop, warehouse, and site.You are both a planner and a problem-solver - someone who understands how early production decisions ripple through fabrication, logistics, and installation.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & ExecutionLead production planning from initial build strategy through final installationReview designs and technical drawings to determine materials, fabrication methods, and installation approaches.Oversee fabrication workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistencyIdentify risks, constraints, or build challenges early and implement practical solutionsTake full ownership of execution outcomes across assigned projects
Installation OversightPlan and oversee on-site installations, including staffing, vendors, and equipment coordinationEnsure installs are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirementsTroubleshoot on-site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects on trackWarehouse & Operations ManagementDirectly manage and support the Warehouse Manager and Operations ManagerOversee warehouse and production operations including storage, prep, staging, and load-outsCoordinate schedules, logistics, shipping, and delivery across multiple projectsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-first warehouse and shop environmentPartner closely with Project Managers to align scope, schedules, and execution plansWork with Designers to ensure builds reflect design intent while remaining practical and buildableCoordinate with external fabricators, installers, and vendors as neededCommunicate proactively and clearly to keep teams aligned and informedSafety & Quality ControlUphold rigorous safety standards across shop, warehouse, and installation sitesMaintain consistent quality standards across all builds and installsSupport continuous improvement of production processes and workflowsWork EnvironmentOffice-based role with standard equipment (laptop, printers, etc.)Hands-on collaboration with fabrication, warehouse, and production teamsFast-paced, detail-driven environment focused on execution excellenceQualificationsRequired 5+ years of experience in production, fabrication, installation, or build managementStrong technical understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processesExperience managing warehouse or shop operationsAbility to interpret technical drawings and determine effective build and install strategiesProven leadership skills and confident decision-making under pressureStrong organizational skills and clear, professional communication
