Role Description The Business Operations and Systems Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Ontario, Canada. This position supports day-to-day business operations, including maintaining and improving internal processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency. The Specialist will manage and optimize business systems and tools, coordinate data and reporting for leadership, and support scheduling, project tracking, and operational governance activities. The role involves collaborating with senior advisors to align operational practices with strategic priorities, identifying process gaps, and recommending system enhancements. The Specialist will also assist with compliance and record-keeping, help onboard new tools or processes, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth, reliable operations.
Qualifications

- Proficiency with business systems and productivity tools (e.g., CRM platforms, project management software, and cloud-based collaboration tools).
