Role Description The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies for software and technology initiatives that support the real estate business, ensuring smooth collaboration between product owners, developers, and business stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON involves organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while removing impediments that slow team progress. The Scrum Master will coach team members on Agile principles, support the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, and help maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog. The role includes tracking and communicating team performance metrics, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning development work with business goals such as data-driven property valuation, client communication tools, and market insight platforms. The Scrum Master will work closely with leadership to ensure delivery timelines are realistic, risks are identified early, and stakeholders are regularly informed.
Qualifications
