MBRP Ltd. is Canada’s largest performance exhaust manufacturer for Automotive and Powersports industries. We are seeking an MBRP Community Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of our online presence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented team.
This is a full-time, on-site position; remote work is not available. The regular work schedule is M-F, 40 hours per week. AI is not used at any stage of the recruiting process. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations
- Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that MBRP requires to be used or worn
- Report to your Supervisor the absence of or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware and which may endanger yourself or another worker
- Report to your Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations or the existence of any hazard you observe
- Comply with MBRP Policies and Procedures that apply
- Report to Customer & Fulfilment Manager in collaboration with Marketing Team
Job Specific Duties:
- Develop and maintain MBRP presence on targeted automotive forums using the following tactics:
- Identify, register, and manage registrations
- Participate in relevant online content
- Share new products with appropriate audience
- Manage all aspects of social listening on key platforms (YouTube, Meta, Reddit, Google, LinkedIn) in collaboration with the marketing team to provide insights and help inform strategy
- Perform customer prospecting/engagement/acquisition
- Marketing intelligence reporting
- Participation in marketing automation tools
- Data visualization/reporting, look for opportunities to tie into AI
Preferred Skills
- Deep passion and comprehensive knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills (using brand voice)
- Knowledge of social media applications
- Strong organizational skills
