We are looking for full time mental health support workers to join our dedicated team in Basildon Essex. For this role you will provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery. Support daily living activities, such as shopping, trips to the cinema or going for a nice walk. You will maintain accurate records, administer medication in line with policy, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Hours
We have 2 full time positions available, 39 hours per week.
Regular Shift Patterns
07:00 – 15:00
14:00 - 21:30
Sleep 21:30 until 07:00

This service is located in Basildon, Essex and has free private parking available.
About You
This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
You do not need to have experience in mental health care or support work as we will provide full training and induction to support you in your new role.
Whether you have previous experience working in the care sector or are looking to build a career in the industry, we want to hear from you.
