Business Analyst
You are the key driver and main point of contact for various projects that bridge technology, processes, and business needs. As a Business Analyst at Medminds, you analyze, optimize, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between stakeholders and project goals.
Your primary focus is stakeholder management - you navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease and have experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You are analytical, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. With a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of business processes, you excel at turning challenges into opportunities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
Collaboration
You work closely with the Delivery Lead to ensure smooth project follow-up across all ongoing initiatives, including Managed Services and Support assignments.
Customer Interaction
You bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by mapping out customer requirements with the team and the customer’s product owner. You manage expectations to create success for both the customer and the project team.
One Team
You help coordinate project responsibilities internally (within the project team) and externally (with customers). When necessary, you escalate key issues to the managing partner, sales manager, customer success manager, or other relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge Sharing
You guide and mentor new Medminds team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow and make an impact. You collaborate on challenges and celebrate successes together.
Creating Success
You analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring that project objectives align with business goals. You monitor progress, validate deliverables, and help secure project timelines, budgets, and quality.
Managing Expectations
You proactively identify risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide well-founded recommendations to drive project success. You protect the team while ensuring the customer’s needs are met.
