Role Description The HVAC Controls Design Technician (Drafting) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dieppe, NB. This position is responsible for preparing detailed HVAC control system drawings and documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout plans, in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves coordinating with engineers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and aligned with client requirements.

In order to meet the rigours of our fast-paced environment you will need:
HVAC Controls Design Technician with a working knowledge of DDC controls; work experience will be considered.
Community College Technical Diploma/ University Degree in a relevant discipline:
Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.
A strong background in Visio, MS Office, various Windows OS, file structure, server base systems, in a variety of Windows operating systems, basic, TCP/IP network structure, web navigation, and network configuration knowledge.
Able to read construction blue prints, electrical schematics, as well as produce shop drawings from design library for controls schematics, sequence of operation, bill of material and network layouts
