Build Mentimeter's enterprise growth engine
40 million users have experienced the value of using a Menti!
Building on that product-led foundation, Mentimeter is used daily by more than 84.000 organisations globally across all industries and we now serve more than 3,200 Enterprise customers globally. Our next challenge is to increase a systematic enterprise demand growth engine - and we are looking for a VP Enterprise Marketing to lead that journey.
This is a global leadership role responsible for how Mentimeter creates, identifies and converts enterprise demand. You will lead our Enterprise Marketing organisation, report to our Chief Sales Officer and join Mentimeter's Global Enterprise Leadership Team. Your primary focus will be EMEA and North America, while building the foundations for APAC. The goal is to connect our product adoption, organic reach and customer base into an Enterprise qualified pipeline, ARR and customer growth.
What you'll lead
You will lead three existing teams, each with an experienced leader, across three connected areas:
Digital demand
Build and optimize enterprise demand generation and capture across web, paid media, account-based programs, content distribution, conversion and nurture.
Field and customer marketing
Develop a global strategy across events, partner programs, customer advocacy, regional activation and use-case storytelling - measured by account engagement, adoption, pipeline and expansion, not simply attendance.
Executive Exchange
Build Mentimeter's Executive Exchange into a distinctive platform for strategic customers, including our Enterprise Community, executive networks, education and certification programs.
What you'll own
- Define and own Mentimeter's global Enterprise Marketing strategy, budget and operating model.
- Build an integrated system for demand generation and demand capture that turns our PLG footprint and product signals into account-level pipeline.
- Set priorities across segments, accounts, audiences, buying groups, use cases and regions, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
- Create qualified pipeline and measurable Enterprise ARR impact, with clear accountability for conversion, velocity, attribution and ROI.
- Recruit, coach and develop leaders and senior marketing talent, creating an organisation that performs beyond your direct involvement.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth, Brand, Data and regional leadership to strengthen the handover from product-led growth to sales-assisted opportunities.
- Stop, redesign or reallocate investment away from programs that do not create meaningful customer or commercial impact.
What will help you succeed
You are an experienced B2B marketing leader who combines strategic range with commercial discipline. You are likely to bring:
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in Enterprise Marketing, Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing or a closely related area.
- Experience leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams across digital demand, field marketing, customer marketing or executive programs.
- A strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, account-based marketing, buying groups, demand capture and pipeline creation in a PLG environment.
- Experience connecting product-led or high-volume inbound growth with a sales-assisted enterprise motion.
- Commercial fluency across funnel economics, pipeline, conversion, attribution, investment and ROI.
- Experience operating across EMEA and/or North America and adapting global programs to local markets.
- An AI-native approach to marketing: using AI to improve insight, experimentation, personalisation and performance - not only individual productivity.
The kind of leader who will thrive here
You create clarity where ownership is shared and the answer is not obvious. You set a high bar while building trust, develop leaders and give talented people meaningful ownership. Most importantly, you want to build - not simply inherit and administer - a modern Enterprise Marketing function, see the strategy through and be accountable for its long-term impact. You are ambitious while staying humble, curious and collaborative in how you get there.
Why this role
You will have the mandate to shape how Mentimeter approaches enterprise demand globally and define the next chapter of our Enterprise growth. If you are looking for a finished playbook, this probably is not the role for you. If you want to build the system and be accountable for its impact, we would like to hear from you.
We’re actively hiring for one position, which can be based in either Stockholm or Toronto. The role follows our hybrid way of working.

AI and Hiring at Mentimeter
At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people.
- AI does not screen or decide on candidates.
- There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person.
- Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking.
AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together.
Culture at Mentimeter
At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users.
