Busy Niagara hotel restaurant seeks a part-time dishwasher to work weekends / holidays with all shifts being in the evenings.
Preference will be given to those with past experience, but not a must!
Shifts start between 6pm and 8pm and finish between 11pm and 1am depending on the day of the week.
Approximately 16-20 hours per week all through summer and can increase if desired.
Perfect job for a grade 11 or 12 student who has transportation!
DUTIES
Clean plates, cutlery and glassware using an automated machine.
Scrub pots and pans.
Sweep and mop the floor.
Transport trash to an outside storage bin.
Keep work station clean, sanitized and safe at all times.
Clean the kitchen as directed by the Chef.
Polish glassware and cutlery.
Some basic food preparation such as peeling potatoes / vegetables.
