Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IDM Specialist to provide onsite administration and configuration support for Identity Management products. The role will involve task-based technical work assigned by the client.
Key Responsibilities
Perform onsite administration and configuration of IDM products.
Support technical tasks and activities assigned by the client.
Configure and troubleshoot OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager (IDM).
Configure and support Advanced Authentication (AA).
Work with client teams to resolve IDM-related technical issues.
Provide hands-on technical support and maintain system functionality.
Required Skills
Advanced to expert-level experience with OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager (IDM).
Advanced to expert-level experience with Advanced Authentication (AA).
Strong hands-on administration and configuration experience.
Ability to work onsite and independently on task-based assignments.
Clearance
Top Secret clearance required, OR
Must have the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
