Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional growth strategy, driving user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Lead overall market expansion, ensuring sustainable business growth and strong brand positioning.
- Build and manage local BD pipelines, establish strategic partnerships, and expand collaborations with KOLs, communities, agencies, and ecosystem players.
- Oversee localized operations including community growth, referral programs, offline activations, marketing campaigns, and Web3 ecosystem outreach.
- Track and optimize key regional KPIs such as new users, active users, trading volume, conversion rate, and retention rate.
- Manage regional resources, budget, and local team to ensure growth and revenue targets are achieved.
- Work closely with HQ teams across Product, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Support to ensure aligned execution and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor movements, user behavior, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Job Requirements:
- Management experience in crypto exchange, Web3, fintech, or regional growth leadership roles.
- Proven track record in driving user growth, BD partnerships, and market execution.
- Strong business negotiation skills with commercial acumen.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution ability.
