Description
- Install, configure, support, and maintain virtual and physical server environments
- Manage network connectivity across switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi, WAN, LAN, and Internet
- Support and scale the storage environment, including SAN and NAS, with clear planning for data growth
- Maintain directory services, email platforms, and core internal applications and servers
- Monitor system capacity, performance, availability, and security across the environment
- Manage security tools and appliances, reviewing logs to confirm system and network health
- Troubleshoot incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved

Profile
A successful System and Network Administrator should have:
- Strong knowledge of system and network administration, including troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong understanding of networking, including WAN, LAN, VPN, routing, switches, and firewalls, with experience across MikroTik, HP, Cisco, WatchGuard, and UniFi
- Comfortable managing projects, taking ownership, and turning plans into action
- Hands on xperience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, EMM platforms, virtualization with VMware, and Linux
