Job Summary
Responsible for processing & managing REF customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties
- Receiving & processing orders submitted by email, EDI or other forms of communication.
- Verifying customer data & ensuring it is accurate & complete
- Coordinating with other departments (ex: finance team) to ensure orders are released & fulfilled
- Pick releasing orders to the logistics team
- Communicating with customers to provide updated order status
- Sending out open order& pending order reports to customers & internal departments
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during order fulfillment process
- Providing exceptional customer support
- Auditing & processing and logistics invoices related to the SJV
- Any other tasks assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of internal computer systems, ex; Microsoft office.

The expected base salary range for this role is CAD $40,000–$45,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the position. This job posting represents a current opportunity within the company.
