Our client is an established, purpose-driven organization in Surrey looking for a Full-Cycle Accountant who balances technical mastery with a "big picture" mindset. The Opportunity
You won’t just be "doing the books." You will be a vital partner to the CEO, providing the financial intelligence that fuels their mission. This role offers the perfect blend of core financial management and high-level strategic analysis. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Strategy: Prepare monthly financial packages for the leadership team; lead forecasting efforts to guide growth.
Full-Cycle Mastery: Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, sales entries, and daily cash receipts.
Payroll & Compliance: Process payroll, produce detailed reports, and ensure all CRA payments and GST filings are precise and timely.
Audit Readiness: Take the lead in prepping for year-end audits, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.
Business Intelligence: Analyze budgets and provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of current, hands-on Full-Cycle Accounting experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA Track: Current enrollment in the CPA program is considered a strong asset.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, ADP etc.) and Excel.
Reliability: Comfortable working 100% on-site in the Surrey office.
