The Role
Great ideas are only as good as the work that brings them to life.
At Milestone Integrated, we believe exceptional marketing takes more than great creative thinking. It takes people who can connect the dots, manage the moving pieces and make sure great ideas become great work.
We're looking for an Account Supervisor who thrives on making things happen.
Someone who can take a project from brief to delivery, keep multiple teams and priorities moving, anticipate challenges and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Someone who brings structure to complexity, takes ownership of the details and knows how to keep the bigger picture in focus.
You'll be part project leader, part problem-solver, part client partner and, occasionally, part air-traffic controller.
If you're someone who loves bringing people, plans and ideas together to deliver exceptional work, we should probably talk.
Who We Are:
We're a fiercely independent, full-service marketing agency built on one simple belief:
Truth made remarkable is the most powerful idea of all.
Through our RISE:360 model, strategy, creative, media, design, social, influence and production work together to create ideas that reach real people, drive real business results, and never feel like marketing for marketing's sake.
Our clients span beauty, food, technology, health and lifestyle, and no two days look exactly alike.
The Opportunity:
As an Account Supervisor, you'll play a central role in bringing integrated marketing campaigns and projects to life.
You'll lead the day-to-day management of multiple projects, coordinating internal teams, managing timelines and budgets, navigating competing priorities and ensuring work moves smoothly from brief through execution.
You'll be the person who knows what's happening, what's coming next and what needs attention - keeping teams aligned, projects on track and clients informed along the way.
You'll also build trusted client relationships, develop a strong understanding of their businesses and contribute to identifying opportunities for stronger work and continued growth.
Working closely with the Group Account Director and specialists across the agency, you'll have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of complex projects, client relationships and integrated campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll spend your time:
- Leading integrated marketing projects from briefing through execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Managing timelines, approvals, deliverables, resources and changing priorities across multiple projects and clients.
- Creating and managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance and ensuring scope changes are identified and addressed.
- Turning client conversations and business needs into clear, thoughtful tactical briefs that set agency teams up for success.
- Partnering with Creative, Strategy, Media, Social & Influence, Design, Production and other agency teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Anticipating challenges, solving problems and knowing when something needs to be elevated.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and serving as a proactive day-to-day partner.
- Developing a strong understanding of your clients’ businesses, industries, competitors and priorities - not just their current projects.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and bringing the right agency experts into the conversation.
- Supporting proposals, presentations and new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Helping clients understand the thinking behind the work and presenting recommendations, campaign updates and results with confidence.
- Supporting Account team leadership and contributing positively to the development of the broader team.
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who's ready to operate beyond the task list and take real ownership of their accounts.
You'll likely have:
- Previous agency Account Management experience, with demonstrated readiness to step into an Account Supervisor-level role.
- Experience successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns and increasingly complex projects.
- Strong project management skills and an ability to keep multiple timelines, budgets, stakeholders and deliverables moving at once.
- Experience developing and managing project budgets, scopes and resource requirements.
- The ability to write clear, insightful briefs that connect client needs with strong strategic and creative thinking.
- Strong client relationship skills and the confidence to lead day-to-day conversations, navigate challenges and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear direction.
- Strong marketing instincts and a genuine interest in understanding clients’ businesses and the broader marketing landscape.
- Sound judgment and proven problem-solving skills - you don’t just flag problems; you come prepared to talk about solutions.
- Confidence presenting ideas, recommendations and results to clients and internal teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Most importantly, you're curious, accountable, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership.
You know when to lead, when to listen, when to ask another question and when to bring in someone who knows more than you do.
You'll Love This Role If...
- You get satisfaction from bringing order to complicated projects.
- You can zoom out to see the bigger picture without losing track of the details.
- You’re comfortable being the person people turn to when they need to know what’s happening.
- You enjoy solving problems rather than simply escalating them.
- You genuinely like clients - and enjoy learning how their businesses work.
- You notice the thing that hasn’t been said yet.
- You want more ownership, more client exposure and the opportunity to lead increasingly complex work.
- You like working with smart people across different disciplines and believe the best work happens when everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Why Milestone?
We believe great work happens when great people have room to grow.
You'll work directly with recognized brands, collaborate with talented people across every marketing discipline, and have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while continuing to grow as a marketer and account leader.
This is a role for someone who's ready for more - not just more projects, but more ownership, more influence and a bigger role in shaping both the work and the relationships behind it.
If that sounds like the next step you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and tell us a little about the work - and the client relationships - you're most proud of.
We thank all applicants in advance; however, only those who meet the requirements will be contacted to move forward.
