Milestones Area Agency on Aging

Milestones Area Agency on Aging (MAAA) is a private, not-for-profit organization and one of six state-designated Area Agencies on Aging in Iowa. We serve individuals throughout 17 counties in southeastern Iowa, with an administrative office in Davenport and regional offices in Burlington and Ottumwa.

Our mission is to help individuals maintain the independence they desire by connecting them with essential programs, services, and resources. Our services include information and resource assistance, options counseling, case management, nutrition programs, caregiver support, evidence-based health programs, advocacy, and education. We also work to help at-risk older Iowans remain safe and supported in the communities they choose to call home.

Milestones is committed to expanding access to services throughout our region, with particular priority given to those most at risk.

Our Service Area: Appanoose, Clinton, Davis, Des Moines, Henry, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Lucas, Mahaska, Monroe, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren, Wapello, and Wayne counties.
