The MIND Program is devoted to nourishing Toronto Housing communities with compassionate food programs. We operate free lunch meals and food banks directly on Scarborough TCH sites, ensuring that access to nutritious meals is available where it’s needed most. But our mission goes beyond addressing hunger. We use the power of good food and warm hospitality to create inclusive spaces where individuals can connect, share, and support one another. In communities facing the heavy burdens of poverty, addiction, mental health struggles, and isolation, our food programs act as a catalyst for positive change. We believe that every meal served is an opportunity to strengthen community bonds, to uplift those who feel forgotten, and to foster an environment where everyone can thrive.
