About The Role
Mind Retail is changing and focused on making an even greater impact, and our property portfolio plays a crucial role in supporting that ambition. As our Head of Property, you'll lead the strategy and management of a diverse national estate, ensuring our shops and operational locations are safe, sustainable, commercially effective and fit for the future.
You'll work closely with the Retail Director and Senior Leadership Team, providing expert leadership across estate management, property transactions, compliance, building maintenance, capital projects and health and safety. You'll shape how our property portfolio supports the delivery of our commercial objectives while ensuring our estate remains legally compliant, financially sustainable and capable of supporting future priorities and investment.
This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, lead a highly specialised team and play an important part in the future success of Mind Retail.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Brings significant experience in a senior property, estates or facilities management leadership role, managing a diverse multi-site portfolio.
- Has strong expertise in landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, property transactions and portfolio management.
- Has experience delivering capital projects, maintenance programmes and statutory compliance across a varied property estate.
- Can provide strategic insight, commercial judgement and constructive challenge to support senior decision-making.
- Builds strong relationships, communicates effectively and leads with a collaborative, values-led approach.
