Job Role : Business System Analyst
Duration : 12 Months (Highly chance to extends)
Location : Toronto, ON (Need to go to onsite 4 days in week)
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management
- Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, coupled with initiative and conceptual thinking to drive outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking products
- Experience in business analytics and insights
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent programming language
- Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling
