Job Title: Senior IAM Systems Engineer – Advanced
Duration: 12 months
Location: Toronto, ON
Join our team as an RSA IAM Engineer and lead the implementation, integration, and support of enterprise authentication solutions.
📍 Ideal Candidate: Authentication/ IAM professional with deep RSA expertise and experience supporting enterprise-scale identity and access management environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, integrate, and support RSA Authentication Manager & RSA Cloud Authentication Service.
- Lead end-to-end authentication projects from design through production support.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and business teams on IAM initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, SSO, MFA, and federation issues.
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous service improvements.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of IAM/Authentication Engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise with RSA SecurID, RSA Authentication Manager, and RSA Cloud Authentication Service.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA, and SSO.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Linux/Unix, Kerberos, TLS, XML/SOAP.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Cloud security and modern authentication architectures.
- PAM, authorization engines, and policy-based access controls.
- Automation, scripting, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
- CISSP, CISM, or RSA-related certifications.
