Job description:
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should
- have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done
- be reliable, professional and responsible.
- have some experience in strata buildings - training also provided
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Litter pickup Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture Removing garbage and recycling Vacuuming carpets Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc. Keeping janitor room clean and tidy
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent work ethic and great attitude Able to speak, understand, and read English Friendly approach Excellent customer service Bonus: past experience in Residential Strata Buildings
