Miramichi Honda is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused F&I Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, has strong communication and organizational skills, and understands that the F&I process is an important part of the overall vehicle purchase experience.
As an F&I Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Team and customers to make the purchase process simple, transparent, and professional - whether the customer is financing, leasing, or purchasing their vehicle with cash.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers to complete the F&I process for cash purchases, financing, and lease transactions.
- Present and explain financing, leasing, warranty, protection, insurance, and other available products in a clear and professional manner.
- Work with financial institutions and lenders to obtain competitive financing and leasing solutions.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with dealership and lender requirements.
- Help customers understand their payment options and protection choices so they can make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, professional F&I experience.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to F&I and ultimately to delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process.
- Follow up with customers when required to ensure they are comfortable with their financing and protection choices.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all deals are processed efficiently and correctly.
- Stay current with lender programs, Honda products, compliance requirements, and industry changes.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous F&I or automotive dealership experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A professional, positive, and customer-first attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- A strong work ethic and desire to achieve personal and dealership goals.
- A valid driver's licence.
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
