About Us:
We are a growing, dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and seamless experiences for our clients. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and manage key project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule & Calendar Management: Coordinate timelines, appointments, and meeting logistics across internal teams and external partners.
Communication Hub:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, vendor updates, and team notifications.
Administrative Support:
Track project deliverables, organize records, prepare documentation, and maintain inventory or office supplies.
Process Tracking: Monitor project milestones to ensure deadlines are met accurately and on budget.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or project coordination role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and task-management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
