Motion Designer

We are looking for a performance-focused Intermediate Motion Designer to join our Creative Studio. In this role, you will be a hands-on contributor executing high-converting, visually compelling User Acquisition (UA) video ads across paid social and programmatic channels (Meta, YouTube, Unity, etc.).

Working closely with Motion Designers, Creative Strategists, and UA Managers, you will edit and assemble video assets that combine UGC footage, mobile gameplay mechanics, kinetic typography, and slick motion graphics to drive user growth. You are curious, adaptable, and energized by how creative choices directly influence ad performance.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Video Editing: Cut, pace, and polish short-form, mobile-first video ads tailored for performance marketing channels (9:16, 16:9, 1:1 formats).
Creative Iteration & A/B Testing: Take core winning concepts and build rapid variations - testing different opening hooks, gameplay clips, sound design, overlay text, and CTAs to beat creative fatigue and boost campaign performance.
Asset Assembly & Media Prep: Ingest, organize, and prep raw footage, UGC creator clips, screen recordings, static graphic assets, and audio tracks for seamless editing workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Motion Designers to turn campaign briefs into high-impact deliverables linked to performance metrics like CPI, IPM, and ROAS.
Trend & Platform Expertise: Stay hyper-aware of social media editing trends, TikTok native formats, fast-paced game trailers, and viral editing styles.

What We’re Looking For

2 to 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing, ideally within mobile app marketing, direct-response advertising, or digital agency environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects, with supporting skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation.
Mobile Gaming Native: A genuine passion for mobile games and an understanding of mobile gaming visual language, UI/UX framing, and gameplay pacing.
Performance Curiosity: A desire to learn the data behind creative performance - understanding how framing, early hooks, and visual pacing impact viewer retention and conversion.
Audio & Pacing Sensibility: Good ear for audio editing, sound effects (SFX) placement, and kinetic typography that drives energy in short-form, mobile-first video.

Motion Designer
Le rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e monteur·euse vidéo intermédiaire axé·e sur la performance pour se joindre à notre studio créatif. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez directement à la création et au montage de publicités vidéo d'acquisitition d'utilisateurs (UA) à fort potentiel de conversion et visuellement percutantes, diffusées sur les réseaux sociaux payants et les canaux programmatiques (Meta, YouTube, Unity, etc.).

En collaboration étroite avec les Motion Designers, les stratèges créatifs et les gestionnaires de l’acquisition d’utilisateurs, vous monterez et assemblerez des contenus vidéo combinant des séquences UGC, des mécaniques de gameplay mobile, de la typographie cinétique et des animations graphiques soignées afin de soutenir la croissance du nombre d’utilisateurs. Vous êtes curieux·se, avez la capacité à vous adapter et vous êtes stimulé·e par la façon dont les choix créatifs peuvent avoir un impact direct sur la performance des publicités.

Ce que vous ferez

Montage vidéo de A à Z : Monter, rythmer et peaufiner des publicités vidéo courtes, conçues d’abord pour le mobile et adaptées aux canaux de marketing de performance (formats 9:16, 16:9 et 1:1).

Itérations créatives et tests A/B : Partir de concepts performants et créer rapidement différentes variantes en testant les accroches d’ouverture, les séquences de gameplay, la conception sonore, les textes superposés et les appels à l’action (CTA), afin de limiter la fatigue créative et d’améliorer la performance des campagnes.

Assemblage et préparation des contenus : Importer, organiser et préparer les séquences vidéo brutes, les contenus de créateur UGC, les enregistrements d’écran, les éléments graphiques statiques et les pistes audio pour assurer un processus de montage fluide.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Collaborer avec les stratèges créatifs, les rédacteurs et les Motion Designers pour transformer les briefs de campagne en livrables à fort impact, liés à des indicateurs de performance comme le CPI, l’IPM et le ROAS.

Veille sur les tendances et les plateformes : Rester à l’affût des tendances en montage sur les réseaux sociaux, des formats natifs TikTok, des bandes-annonces de jeux au rythme soutenu et des styles de montage viraux.

Ce que nous recherchons

2 à 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle en motion design et en montage vidéo, idéalement dans le marketing d’applications mobiles, la publicité axée sur la performance ou un environnement d’agence numérique.
