Role Description
We are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our Cambridge team on a part-time basis. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care for musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and clinical reasoning
- Providing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation
- Educating patients on injury prevention and self-management
- Completing accurate clinical documentation
- Managing MVA and WSIB patients and related documentation
- Collaborating with the clinic team and participating in case discussions
- Participating in mentorship, professional development, and clinic initiatives
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Experience with or willingness to manage MVA and WSIB cases
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and leadership potential
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Weekend availability is required, with flexibility for evenings based on clinic needs
- Ability to work on-site at our Cambridge, ON location
