Job Summary
Seeking a Lead Stress Engineer / Project Coordinator with 10+ years of aerospace/aerostructures experience to lead structural stress-analysis activities and coordinate engineering deliverables with customer and offshore teams.
Required Skills
- Aerostructures – aircraft primary & secondary structures
- Classical/Hand Stress Analysis and static structural analysis
- FEA – Nastran, Patran, FEMAP, Abaqus, or HyperMesh
- Structural substantiation and strength evaluation
- Design modifications and validation
- Stress reports and technical documentation
- Aircraft OEM and certification experience
- Technical leadership, project coordination, and customer interaction
- Commercial/Business aircraft experience preferred
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant aerostructures experience
- Strong hands-on stress-analysis experience
- Ability to interpret FEA results
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore engineering teams
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Mississauga
- Current Canadian work authorization required
- Candidates from the U.S. or Mexico may be considered if eligible and willing to work onsite in Canada
